Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The lobby is spacious with a sheltered drop-off porch, making arrivals smooth even in bad weather. Staff were extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Facilities were excellent — the gym is impressively large and well equipped. Breakfast offered a good spread of international cuisine, and the location is superb for getting around the city. Our room was spacious, clean, and felt newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s rest. Overall, a highly recommended stay for both comfort and convenience.

Negative: Our room (1016) had blocked views, which was a little disappointing. We were too tired from our red-eye flight at check-in to request a room change. We informed the reception during checkout, and the staff member, Mio, was very sweet and apologetic. She explained that next time we could let them know and they would gladly change the room upon request. She also offered us a complimentary Hilton bread loaf/cake as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated.

Summary: Comfortable and welcoming stay with excellent facilities and service, despite the blocked view in our room.
